Bowden Property Consulting Ltd is a multi-disciplinary surveying & property consultancy practice based in Brighton, East Sussex, but operating throughout England and the whole of the UK.

We are committed to providing clear and comprehensive advice on all property related matters in both the residential and commercial sectors, and ensure that our clients receive a high quality service and value for money.

Managing Director Robert Bowden has worked in property since 1988, initially being based in London and then Brighton. He qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1997 and started Bowden Property Consulting Ltd in 2006. He has operated in all sectors of the property markets both as consultant surveyor and property developer, and has operated as project manager and contract administrator throughout the UK in all market sectors.
